Cancellations for various hotels and medical appointments require a deposit that will not be return in the event you do cancel. If you have made payment and would like to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible to ensure full return of payment. We are willing to work with you, and help resolve any conflicts that may arise. Late cancellations may not be able to receive a complete refund. Our service fee is unrefundable. All medical information, consultation, and such are strictly confidential and we at ThaiMed honor your privacy and understand the need for a patient-doctor confidentiality agreement. All health records will be available for you upon out-processing and are strictly available for only your healthcare provider and yourself. We will provide a direct communication channel between you and our health care provider. The appropriate medical physician will answer all in-depth medical questions.

You register when you opt in and become a member. It is the completing of the minimal information.All that is required is your name, e-mail address. If you would like to register please visit the Register Page. |
Member: |
A member is someone who has registered. We can send them e-mails and they have access to all the areas in our site. If they want an estimate for a tour they are entitled to receive one the next business day. |
Estimate: |
An estimate is provided to any member the next business day. It is based on the information provided by the member in their request. The more accurate the request the more accurate and helpful the estimate. An estimate is useful in the early planning stages. With an estimate there is no obligation. |
Quote: |
If you like your estimate you can request a quote as the next step. This means we need medical history, pictures of areas to be treated. Exact dates for hotel, hospital dates, and you should have a tenative airlines reservation as well. We make sure the doctor is available as is the hospital on your desired days. We send a quote and that is firm as to every price. |
Confirmed: |
You are confirmed when you have accepted our quote and asked us to book everything. You have your airline ticket. You have made a deposit and booked your surgery. We have reserved a date and time for your surgical procedure/procedures, your hospital & hotel. All you have to do is await your TST Fed Ex pacquet, pack your bags and get on the plane. |

Passport: |
